Just playing around with Excel to create a simple formula that calculates a blended churn average for mobile operators. Some operators report contract churn and prepay churn but fail to provide a blended churn rate. Of course, given the variation in subscriber numbers on each plan type you need to work out a weighted average. Anyway, here it is.
